The short version of how work, payment and cancellations go. Each engagement also gets a written agreement.

Growth Audit
$1,500, paid in full by invoice before the audit starts. Delivery is the ten-section audit, a 90-day plan and a walkthrough call. If you start a Growth Retainer within 30 days of delivery, the $1,500 is credited in full against your first retainer month.
Growth Retainer
$3,500 a month, billed in advance each month, with a three-month minimum. After three months it continues month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
Journey Build
From $5,000 to build, then $5,000 a month to run. Every build gets a fixed written quote before any work starts.
Refunds
If you cancel an audit before we've started work on it, you get a full refund. Once work has started, audit fees and retainer months already billed aren't refundable.
Your data and your accounts
We use read-only access unless you agree in writing to more. What we make for you, such as the audit, content and code, is yours once paid for.
Results
We report every number with its source. We can't promise a specific ranking, traffic level or revenue result, because search engines and buyers decide those.
